THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW YOUR CELL PHONE COULD DO

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies.
Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for
Survival. Check out the things that you can do with it: -

1 st
EMERGENCY
* The Emergency Number worldwide for **Mobile** is 112 .* If you find
yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an
emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to
establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112
can be
dialed even if the keypad is locked. **Try it out. **

Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote keys?

This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person
at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your
keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away,
and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you

can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
Editor's Note: *It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car over a cell phone!"*

Hidden Battery power

Imagine your cell battery is very low , you are expecting an important call
and you don't have a charger. Nokia instrument comes with a reserve
battery. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your cell will restart with
this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This
reserve will get charged when you charge your cell next time.

How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?

To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone:
* # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your
handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. when your phone get
stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They
will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the
SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either.
If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

Some elementary math fundas (fundamentals)

Here's a test of some very basic math knowledge....
READ the following.. ( and yes, please comment if you have doubts on any of this)

Let a = b
Then a² = ab
and also a² - b² = ab - b²  (subtracting the same quantity from both sides of the previous equation)
or (a + b)(a - b) = b(a - b)
Cancelling common factors on both sides we get:
(a + b) = b
But a = b
Thus we get b + b = b
or 2b = b
ie. 2 = 1

How did we get this result?
Think... you ought to know this. Its an elementary level question.

FOR THE ANSWER PLEASE HIGHLIGHT THIS BLOG ENTRY ( click and drag left mouse button)

Ans) In one of the steps, we have divided the equation by (a - b). But as a = b thus a - b = 0.
And we cannot divide an equation by zero. Division by zero is not defined.... THE most basic concept of arithemetic.

Fermat's last theorem - proof provided

I hope the concerned authorites get to this fast . I have proved Fermat's last theorem .
It has not been proved till now. Fermat (Pierre de Fermat)'s last theorem states that if a, b are natural numbers and n is a whole number greater than 2, then there is NO number c such that :
a^n  +  b^n  =  c^n
(a to power n + b to power n = c to power n)

you can check the validity of this theorem yourself by taking arbitary values for the variables.

ok here is the proof:
                                                                Proof by contradiction

Let us suppose that the equation does hold true.
Then :
a^n   +    b^n       =          c^n

Using differential calculus for the equation :
d(a^n)/dn     +   d(b^n)/dn    =     d(c^n)/dn
                     or
a^n.ln(a)   +    b^n.ln(b)  =  c^n.ln(c)                                  ( ln stands for natural log  or log to the base e)

Now to find minimum or maximum values for the left hand side we first take it to be equal to zero and then double differentiate the original equation
a^n.ln(a)  +  b^n.ln(b)     =     0

Here itself we also find a contradiction as any natural number to a power greater than 2 will always be positive and the natural log ( or for that matter log also) of a positive number ( log is only defined for positive numbers) to a positive power n will always be positive and sum of  two positive numbers can never be zero.  This means the left hand side has no minimum or maximum values. This means this equation is not possible because every expression has atleast either a minimum or a maximum value and if only one value holds true it is both the maximum as well as minimum value. Therefore the equation mentioned cannot exist .

But for curiosity if we delve further into the values , ignoring this development and taking hypothesis  then the next step is to double differentiate the left hand side
d[a^n.ln(a)]/dn    +    d[b^n.ln(b)]/dn
                         or
a^n-1[n.ln(a) + 1]     +        b^n-1[n.ln(b) + 1]

This value is positive. Therefore when a^n.ln(a)   +     b^n.ln(b)    is zero the value of the given expression will be minimum .
Also by hit and trial we can see that the minimum value will be 1 + 8 .ie. 9 .   ( cube of 1 plus cube of 2 )
Therefore when a^n + b^n = 9   then  a^n.ln(a)  +  b^n.ln(b)  will be zero.
Putting values we get
1^3.ln(1)  + 2^3.ln(2) = 0
ln(1)  + 8ln(2) = 0
This is not possible again because log will b positive and sum of positive numbers can never be zero.
Therefore the main equation a^n  +  b^n  =  c^n  does not exist.

THUS PROVED THAT :
If a, b are natural numbers and n is a whole number greater than 2, then there is NO number c such that :
a^n  +  b^n  =  c^n

Spherical tyres

A thought provoking idea - what if we use spherical tyres instead of the cylindrical tube tyres. Cars could then move easily in all directions. The groove pattern could be similar to the longitudes of the earth . The normal shaft present in today's cars would be accompanied by another rubber like band around the front two wheels and another one around the rear wheels to allow frontal and sideways movement of the tyres. Think about it ... and let me know...

SOLAR -HYDEL-WIND MILL

Here's my latest invention well its kinda invention- and ive christened it a Solar - Hydel- Wind Mill as will become evident..---
everyone has seen a conventional Windmill - it has a no. of blades depending upon the speed of wind and its duration..
now my mill involves fixation of smaller blades at 45 degrees on the edge of each wind mill blade. each of these blades also has a solar panel .
now in this way when the wind is blowing the wind mill will function properly and when there is now ind only sun then solar panels will work and when there is rain the small blades on the edges of the big blades will cause them to move .. this will allow distribution of windmills in many places not just windy areas.

Another theorem

I created another theorem . If u wanna ask something leave a comment.

If x  is a number with  N digits where N>1  then  the sum of ' the difference between x and its mirror reverse' and its mirror reverse will  be a multiple  of 9.

Ex.647
746 - 647 = 99 or 099
99 + 99 = 198
or 99 + 990 = 1089

ADIEU !!!!!
